Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing BioQR.io. We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. This policy explains our refund terms for subscriptions purchased through Paddle.
1. Subscription Refunds
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests must comply with Paddle’s Refund Policy.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you experience a technical issue that we cannot resolve or if you were charged in error. We do not typically issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after using the Service
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Downgrading to a lower plan mid-cycle
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@bioqr.io or Paddle directly via your payment receipt email. We’ll review and respond within 3 business days.
3. Cancellations and Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime via your BioQR.io dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
